“Keith is an amazing coach and we are so privileged to have him. His ability to explain Muay Thai and demonstrate such amazing skills has given us the capacity to become better martial artists. The classes are fun, and exciting and push me to my limits which has allowed me to become a more resilient human being. If you are wanting to improve to be the best version of yourself, this is the gym for you. Everyone is kind and there is no judgment.”

“A year strong — and still growing!
It's been a year since I first stepped on the mats as a complete beginner and stranger. Now it's a place I think about whenever I'm not there.
The gym caters to all skill levels and ages with its mixed adult classes. I've met some great people that have pushed me, supported me and most of all had fun training with.
The head coach Keith brings an awesome mix of skill, insight, and humour to every session. You’ll learn real techniques while laughing through the sweat.

If you're thinking about it: just show up. You’ll be glad you did.”

“Our journey at Monarch Muay Thai has been nothing short of amazing! It all began when our 7-year-old daughter joined, and watching her passion and progress inspired both my wife and I to jump in.

A massive shoutout to the head trainer, Keith, who not only excels in Muay Thai but also has a remarkable ability to infuse humor into each workout. His dedication to making each session challenging is commendable, yet what sets him apart is his exceptional sense of humor that turns every workout into an enjoyable experience.

Highly recommended for all levels of fitness!”
